By using Motivo Bookstore or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Using the website

Please use the website responsibly and do not attempt to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or misuse any of its features.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

We may suspend access or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or misuse.

We aim to display accurate product details and prices. Minor variations (e.g., cover edition updates) may happen.

Product images are for illustration. What matters is the book title and author listed in your order.

Prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise.

Your order is confirmed once you receive confirmation (on-screen and/or via message/email/WhatsApp).

Payment options are shown clearly at checkout. We may contact you to verify order details (address/phone) to ensure smooth delivery.

We deliver to the address you provide across Egypt.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier conditions.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; incorrect details can cause delays or failed delivery.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days from delivery with your order number and a clear photo/video.

We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping.

If we fail to send a replacement within 7 days of your request, we’ll issue a refund for the affected item.

Prepaid orders: refunded to the same payment method (after inspection).

Cash on Delivery: refunded via InstaPay (after inspection).

Free delivery applies to orders over EGP 1,000 (as shown at checkout).

Eligibility may vary by promotion and will always be reflected during checkout.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional interruptions may happen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
