Return & Refund Policy

We know ordering books online comes with a simple worry: “What if it arrives damaged, defective, or not what I ordered?” If that happens, we’ll fix it.

The 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to report an issue and request a replacement or refund.

What’s Covered

This policy covers cases where you receive:

1) A defective item
Examples: printing defects missing pages misbinding/damaged binding

2) A damaged item on arrival
Examples: torn cover Heavy dents were caused during delivery

3) The wrong item
Example: You received a different book than what you ordered

In these cases, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping.

What’s Not Covered

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the correct item in good condition (since the product is prepared on demand and customized based on customer request)
  • Normal wear that is caused after use
  • Issues reported after the 14-day window

How to Request a Return/Replacement

To speed things up, please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo/video showing the issue
  • The book title(s) affected

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.

If you paid online (prepaid)
Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout, after inspection.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD)
Your refund will be processed via InstaPay after inspection.
