Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to provide a seamless and fast shopping experience for our customers across the Arab Republic of Egypt. This policy outlines everything regarding shipping schedules and costs.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
Please note that some remote or border areas may take slightly longer than the standard delivery times.
2. Shipping Costs
- Cairo & Giza: 80 EGP.
- Alexandria & Beheira: 90 EGP.
- Delta & Canal Governorates: 100 EGP.
- Near Upper Egypt: 120 EGP.
- Far Upper Egypt: 140 EGP.
- Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for orders exceeding 2,000 EGP.
3. Expected Delivery Time
Delivery duration depends on your geographical location:
- Cairo & Giza: Within [2 – 4] business days.
- Alexandria & Other Governorates: Within [3 – 4] business days.
- Border Governorates: Within [4 – 5] business days.
Note: Official working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are not included in the delivery period.
4. Order Confirmation & Communication
Once the order is placed, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm address details and ensure your availability to receive the shipment.
A WhatsApp message with the tracking number will be sent as soon as the package is handed over to the shipping company.
5. Receipt & Inspection
Please inspect the product thoroughly upon receipt from the courier.
In case of visible damage to the outer packaging or missing contents, please inform the courier immediately or contact us before they leave.
If we are unable to reach you after 3 contact attempts, the order will be canceled and returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may be charged if you wish to reship the order.
